Lenny Giller is the President of Reliable Technology Services, a Baltimore-based Managed IT Services Provider helping businesses align technology with their goals by "taking clients from the server room to the board room". An MSP-Ignite peer group member since 2017, Lenny began facilitating one of the organization’s peer groups in 2023, fostering collaboration and growth among fellow MSP leaders.

With more than two decades of business and technology leadership experience, Lenny is passionate about helping small and mid-sized businesses shift their view of technology from a “necessary evil” to a true strategic advantage that drives growth, efficiency, and resilience. He works with business leaders to show how the right IT strategy can unlock competitive opportunities rather than simply reduce problems.

Lenny also dedicates his time to helping other MSPs grow by focusing on delivering consistent, measurable value to their clients. He believes that profit is the natural outcome of exceptional service delivery—when clients succeed, providers thrive. This philosophy shapes his approach both in running RTS and in facilitating peer groups, where he fosters open sharing, accountability, and practical, results-driven strategies.
