M6 Started with Steve and MSP-Ignite in April of 2017. Steve pushed systems and processes utilizing several different technologies. Steve helped optimize Datto PSA (Autotask) and Datto RMM. Steve welcomed me as a peer group member in August of 2017. Steve and my peers encouraged, helped, and directed M6 into a Managed Services company with actual known MRR!

There are additional benefits as well. The peer group is a great sounding board, a mentor group, that expects accountability, a classroom in which we learn from our successes and failures, a therapy group, and a resource for ideas and insights that help keep me focused and have enabled me to establish new friendships.

Much of M6’s success over the past few years can be directly related to Steve and MSP-Ignite’s Peer Group Gamma. We are eight employees strong and expect to continue this improved growth pattern. A big Thank you to Steve and Peer Group Gamma!

I wanted to tell you how much I appreciate you and the influence you’ve had on me personally and on my career. I learn a lot from you every time we meet, and I don’t think we’ve had a single MSP-Ignite session which I haven’t written down a “light bulb” moment from something that you’ve said. I appreciate your wisdom and I appreciate your openness in sharing your wealth of experience—not just with us, but also the people I see you mentoring in your own company. MSP-Ignite’s vendor agnostic approach is really a difference maker. No favorites and no vendor bashing. Just a business approach to endorsing or questioning our choices. Our success is a direct result of our membership.

Since joining MSP-Ignite a few years ago, my financial outlook has steadily grown which has allowed me to reinvested in the business for continued growth.  

When I came to MSP-Ignite (at the bequest of my service manager), my business was in double-digit bottom-line losses.  Since joining MSP-Ignite, I’ve seen my business move into the black and have enjoyed making six figures in each of the last five years.  The “bottom line” is that I didn’t join MSP-Ignite because my house in order and I wanted to show it off.  I came to MSP-Ignite because I realized my house was a mess and I needed others to help clean it up.  I can’t say enough about the value MSP-Ignite has brought to my business and my livelihood.

The peer group has been wonderful. All of the people in it have been great. Being able to work through our problems together has made a world of difference for me. You have been amazing and have called me out and held me to task when needed. This has helped keep everything in perspective and keep focused on the goals at hand.

MSP-Ignite is one of the best investments I have made for my business and for myself. The group becomes a family of friends and advisors who can be called on and counted on anytime. The group helps me stay focused and accountable on the things that matter most to my business.

I consider my peers to be next to family. They know the same pains as I know, and they fully appreciate my frustrations. They have answers to questions, support when you're down, and cheer loudest when you win.

We’re building up one another as better leaders in our own organizations, sharing the tools and best practices that MSP’s get the most from in their business.

I made two important improvements to the company, one of which was the website redesign, and the other was obtaining a subcontractor to support a new client in Iowa. Both of these improvements were the result of information I obtained from the group during our last call.

As a peer group, there is no worry of competition and we can share information about all aspects of our company (personnel, financials, marketing, customer strategies), we cover the topics each company is interested in.

Joining MSP-Ignite has been one of the most valuable things our business has ever done.
