Melissa Hockenberry

Melissa Hockenberry, owner of First Things First Training and Consulting, is passionate about improving customer retention for her clients. Her 30-year professional journey includes adventures in Fortune 500, non-profit, and a well known tech startup called Autotask. Melissa successfully implemented Autotask in over 250 MSPs and built training programs from the ground up in the ever-changing world of SaaS software. Melissa has her BSBA from Shippensburg University and her MBA from SUNY Albany.
